Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We get it. You probably shouldn't have bought this anyway.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened, unused items for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unopened and unused
  • Original packaging intact
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery
  • You must actually remember you ordered it (this is harder than it sounds)

How to Return

Step 1: Email us at hello@deadenddesk.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason (optional, but we're curious)

Step 2: We'll send you return instructions and a returns label.

Step 3: Pack it up, slap on the label, post it.

Step 4: Once we receive it, we'll refund you within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

UK returns are free. We'll provide a prepaid label.

If you're returning from outside the UK (shouldn't happen, we only ship UK), you'll need to cover return shipping costs. Sorry. Brexit wasn't our idea.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items (hygiene reasons, mostly)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Digital downloads (if we ever sell those)
  • Your regret about purchasing 23 yo-yos (that one's on you)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately.

If you damaged it yourself whilst attempting yo-yo tricks during a Zoom call, that's not our problem. Though we respect the commitment.

⚠️ Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Allow 5-7 business days for it to appear. If it doesn't, check with your bank. We can't control their systems any more than you can control your impulse purchases.

Exchanges

We don't do exchanges. Return the item for a refund, then place a new order.
